This house was a perfect rental for our band. When we checked in some items were missing and broken and we let the PM team know. They fixed it right away! I was seriously impressed by their attentiveness to our needs. Everything was super clean and tidy. The only thing is the twin bunk bed area is not a “room” it’s a closet that’s attached to a bedroom. It’s located between the bedroom and bathroom it shares which we felt was deceiving. However if you’re sharing the house with another couple with kids it works. I would stay there again if we needed it for another gig weekend.

Excellent communication we needed ping pong balls and when we asked” tada” they were there and with new paddles!!!
