Definitely a repeat trip . It surpassed expectations. Positive: José the grounds keeper was amazingly kind and very helpful. He gave us great suggestions which allowed us to get to know the area much quicker then I expected. Negative: It was very dark in the house at night

I really debated writing a review because I don't want to bring down the ratings average and we did have many positive experiences, however, I felt that parents should be warned that this really isn't a great choice for young kids. We were booked to stay for a week at the beginning of April and the confirmation process, communication with Kay was a breeze. We had communicated with Kyle upon arrival to get the fridge stocked and he was wonderful! The views at the house are spectacular, too. Really gorgous home and everything was clean. Unfortunately, one of the stairways is quite narrow and slick and theres no hand railing. To be faur, Kay ans Kyle very quickly responded by applying sand paper strips to the stairs to make them less slick. But there are several very short walls around the home where kids could easily climb over and one outside is directly over the pool deck, which is a floor below. Its a great home, i just recommend it for adults or older kids only.

Absolutely amazing, awesome! Positive: What didn’t I like about this house! The house is an EXPERIENCE like no other with views that are out of this world with gorgeous views from every room in the house as well as patio, pool and jacuzzi! The host has amazing recommendations for a private chef and adventure tours that I highly recommend for dinner to enjoy on a gorgeous outside dining room on the veranda. We had dinner and gorgeous sunsets with the best seats in Todos Santos. The house keepers always keep thing neat and tidy for you and always helpful and available. I highly recommend this place for the views, comfort and value! Negative: Nothing it was great! Just be sure that if you rent a car that you rent an SUV the road up to the house a dirt road and the driveway is a little steep but the clearance in an SUV negates this issue.
